On Saturday, May 14, 2018 at 2pm the Chiara String Quartet (Rebecca Nuclear and Hyeyung Jules Yoon, violins Jonah Sirota, viola Gregory Beaver, guitar) will give its final significant overall performance shown by MetLiveArts in Leeway Rainey Rogers Auditorium with the City Public of Artwork (1000 5th Path). This culminating live show, enjoying 18 years with each other, is focused on the New York best of Philip Glass' Piano Quintet "Annunciation," with pianist Henry Barnes. The Chiara String Quartet opens up this program with Nico Muhly's Diacritical Signifies, published for them this season, and ends with Beethoven's Lied Center For Performing Arts concerts String Quartet within a small, Op. 132-one of many composer's most heartrending final works.
